Dockage/Storage Customer Intake Form:

Once your submission has been received, a Dockmaster will review the information to ensure all requirements have been met. If your form is approved, you will receive the applicable Dockage or Storage Agreement via electronic signature for your review and execution. This form does not constitute a Dockage or Storage License Agreement.

I understand that Cape Marina requires a set of keys to my boat, if available, to be stored in the marina office in case of emergency.

I understand that if I provide a hurricane plan that was not or never was feasible, I will incur evacuation-related costs, storage costs, and damages related to my removal from Cape Marina. These costs are more than $300 per foot with accelerated storage rates, and severe legal consequences, including fines from state and local authorities. I also understand that I will have breached my contract and will not be permitted to remain at Cape Marina and must pay and depart immediately after the storm passes and never be allowed to return to Cape Marina.
