For generations, Cape Marina has been more than a marina. It has been a family business, a gathering place, and a home away from home for thousands of boaters, fishermen, cruisers, and friends. Every dock, every handshake, and every sunrise over the harbor has been part of a story that we have been honored to share with you.

Today, we find ourselves at an important crossroads.

We are grateful to have received a holdover lease extension that allows us to continue serving our customers through July 31, 2026 . During this time, we are proudly accepting transient guests and accommodating short-term dockage and storage whenever possible.

We are also actively negotiating an additional lease extension through January 31, 2027. While we remain hopeful, those discussions are ongoing, and at this time we cannot make any guarantees regarding our operations beyond our current lease expiration.

What we can guarantee is our commitment to you.

Whether you are visiting for a night, staying for a few weeks, or simply stopping by to enjoy the waterfront, our team will continue to provide the same friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication that have defined Cape Marina for so many years.
